Titans Run Strong at NJCAA Regions

Hagerstown, MD - The Titans Inaugural Season continues to run strong. They traveled to Hagerstown Community College on Saturday, October 21st, to compete in the NJCAA Division III Region 20 Championships, the Titans placed three runners in the top 20. The Titans were led by Freshman, Elizabeth Scherer, with a time of 20:38. She placed second in the 5k Women's Championships. On the Men's side, Matt Cubellis (32:02) and Christian Covert (32:58) finished sixth and eighth respectively in the 8k.

The Titans' times were also used for the Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference rankings.  Scherer won the WPCC Women's Individual Championship with her time.  This is her second time this season that she finished in First Place.  Cubellis' time placed in second and Covert was right behind finishing 3rd.

The Titans will be traveling to Holyoke Community College (MA) on November 4th to compete in the NJCAA Division III National Cross Country Championships
