MONACA, Pa. – The Community College of Beaver County men's basketball program and the Community College of Allegheny combined to knock down 21 three-pointers while also picking up 37 personal fouls as the two bitter rivals went blow-for-blow with the Wildcats squeaking out an 81-76 barnburner in the annual CCBC Tip-Off Classic.

• Kamron Griel earned himself game MVP honors for Coach Care, tying with Trey Armstorng for the team's scoring lead (17) while handing out a contest-best eight assists, shooting 60% from the field (6-for-10), and bringing down four boards.

• Speaking of Roberson, he shared the rebounding (6) title Friday night in addition to snatching five of the Titans' eight steals (62.5%) and dropping 14 on the visitors.

• Jiovanni Santella provided a spark off the bench for the Blue and Gold, producing 11 points in just 24 hard-earned minutes, bodying up for four rebounds and connecting on 5-of-9 (55.6%) field goals.
