The Community College of Beaver County basketball programs wound up with a quartet of All-Region 20 selections as Jada Ward (First Team), Josie Russell (Second Team) and Brooklynn Medina (Honorable Mention) made the women’s squad while Trey Armstrong (Honorable Mention) got the nod on the men’s side.
The Community College of Beaver County women’s basketball program may have seen their season end quicker than they had hoped, the individual accolades have continued to pour in as Jada Ward followed in Brooklynn Medina’s footsteps to give the Titans their second straight NJCAA Region 20 Division II Player of the Month.
The #3 seed Community College of Beaver County women’s basketball program saw its first ever winning season and easily most successful campaign in team history end a round short of the title game as the #2 seed Potomac State Catamounts got the better of the Titans for the second time in a ten-day span, 91-68.

The #3 seed Community College of Beaver County women’s basketball program won its first postseason game in school history on Tuesday night, surviving and advancing to the Region 20 Tournament Semifinals with 68-51 victory over the #6 seed Howard CC Dragons.
