Second Half Struggles Upend CCBC vs. Pennsylvania Highlands

MONACA, Pa. – The Community College of Beaver County men's basketball program is mired in a slump and its second half against the Pennsylvania Highlands Black Bears summed things up as a six-point halftime deficit snowballed into an 87-46 defeat on Tuesday night.

• Isaiah Jeter is becoming a scoring threat in front of Coach Care's eyes, topping the Blue and Gold with 17 points while making half of his 12 field goal attempts which going 3-for-6 from long range.

• Jaden McMeekin was second on the scoring list at a solid nine plus a quartet of boards.

• Jiovanni Santella led the Titans rebounders at a half-dozen, Darien Roberson and Kameron Greil tied for the most assists (2), and Emil Rodriguez Sanchez was the lone student-athlete for the home side with multiple steals (2).

• Two more games stand between the Titans and Winter Break, but they will not have to stray far as they take place across town at PSU Beaver, beginning with Friday's 5 p.m. matchup versus Penn State Mont Alto.
