Men’s Hoops Gets Off To Slow Start at Southern Maryland
LA PLATA, Md. – The Community College of Beaver County men's basketball program appeared to be rusty during its first game back from the holiday break, falling to the Southern Maryland Hawks in a 114-56 decision.

Titans' Top Performers:
- Trey Armstrong was the leading scorer for Coach Care, putting together 15 points on 7-for-16 (43.8%) shooting while also collecting the lone multi-steal outing of the day (2) and the only blocked shot.
- Carlos Santana joined his teammate in the double-figure points club, dropping a ten-spot over 23 minutes off the bench.
- Jaden McMeekin had a solid afternoon, scoring nine points, fronting the Titans in rebounding (7), and dishing out three dimes.
- Kameron Greil wound up at the top of the assists category, one-upping McMeekin with a quartet in addition to a half-dozen on the scoreboard.
