Jada Ward Gives Titans Back-To-Back Players Of The Month

MONACA, Pa. – The Community College of Beaver County women's basketball program may have seen their season end quicker than they had hoped, the individual accolades have continued to pour in as Jada Ward followed in Brooklynn Medina's footsteps to give the Titans their second straight NJCAA Region 20 Division II Player of the Month.

 

Ward, a sophomore guard from Cleveland, Ohio dropped 26.3 points a night on her February opponents, logging three double-doubles over the six games played while leading CCBC to a 5-1 record and the third seed in the postseason.

 

The Salem University (West Virginia) transfer led the Blue and Gold in scoring, field goal percentage (48.9%), rebounds (9.8), assists (7.2), and steals (3.8).
